Shipping limits:

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Contact us (888-866-9321) if you need plates shipped anywhere else. We will work with you to get plates to where you want them.

Customer guarantee:

We are very proud of the beauty and quality of our plates and want our customers to feel the same. We will promptly refund the full purchase price to anyone who is not 100% satisfied with their plate(s) and returns them.

Return policy:

Plates (UM and MSU)  may be returned for refund or replacement within 45 days of shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A note stating the reason for return would be appreciated, but is not required. If your original purchase was by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your card billing statement.

We gladly accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards for mail order transactions. Fax, phone, and online orders are limited to major credit cards. Sorry but we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
